How long does shipping take for international orders?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. International shipping via express couriers usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective plastics and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all Watchdives timepieces come with a comprehensive 2-year international warranty covering movement defects and manufacturing flaws.
Are the watches water resistant?
Most of our dive watches are rated for at least 200m (20 ATM) water resistance. Please ensure the screw-down crown is fully tightened before any water activities.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your shipping destination.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's arrival regulations. These are not included in the checkout price.
