Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original manufacturer packaging, including all protective plastics, tags, manuals, and warranty cards.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in brand-new condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
